This week: Billings, MT

A great ending to the week - coming from meetings in Billings, MT back for a Friday phlebotomy. At this time, I'm used to the tiredness that is always present. Keeping the longer goal in mind - of reduced iron and organ damage, makes it easy to cope with the physical tiredness.

Another contributor to the fatigue may be lower sugar levels. I've earnestly started losing 20-30 pounds and I'm making a little headway - down from 209 to 203 in 8 days. The lower weight is important to lower the risk of diabetes from an iron-damaged pancreas. Good attitude here.
